The next masterpiece

Writer's picture: Caroline ChenCaroline Chen

I could be writing the next masterpiece, the next best thing, or the next quotable yearbook quote. And you'd never know. How would you know if my oxford comma in the first sentence (made you look!) was a force of habit or an intentional placement to spite those who reject it?

Or if my lack of capitalization of Oxford was more than a pinky misreach on the keyboard, but rather an act to spite those who spite those who reject that piece of punctuation? And yes, I meant two "spites." Interesting.

Interesting. Maybe if I write this word more times after incoherent points you will all find it interesting too. Haha.

Anywho. What's the difference between "cohesiveness" and "coherence." We talked about this in University Writing my first year but it's good practice to contemplate it again. (Think: "unity" verses "makes-sense-ness")

That is all. Good day!
